We introduce 1 mm, 1.5 mm, and 2 mm diameter InGaAs Quad PD + TIA photoreceivers with low capacitance and ultra-low noise performance for several space-based applications. These devices have been comprehensively tested for radiation environment that includes High Energy Protons, Gammas, and constituent elements of Galactic Cosmic Rays (GCR). At present these devices are available in TO-3 package.

These commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) devices can be rapidly integrated in your space missions. Several device features including Bandwidth, Gain, and Packaging Options may be customized to your requirements.
